Corporate Paralegal & Business Operations Administrator
Northwest Suburbs of Chicago | In-Office | $100,000 – $130,000 + Benefits
Our client, a privately owned manufacturing company located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal & Business Operations Administrator to support executive leadership and play a key role in contract administration, legal support, and business operations.
This is a highly visible, in-office position supporting the CFO and partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and internal leadership teams. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of corporate paralegal experience, strong organizational abilities, and business operations support experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage customer and vendor contracts
- Maintain corporate records, agreements, and legal documentation
- Coordinate contract workflows with Sales and Operations teams
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to business operations
- Organize and maintain corporate files, leases, and related documentation
- Support compliance initiatives and internal administrative processes
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and executive support functions
- Coordinate operational and departmental activities to support organizational efficiency
- Manage document control and records management processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate paralegal, contract administration, or related legal support experience
- Experience reviewing and managing commercial contracts and agreements
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 products
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience preferred
