Receptionist – Law Firm

Scout Partners is recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and supporting a busy professional office.

The Receptionist plays an important role in ensuring the firm’s front office operates smoothly while delivering a high level of service to clients, attorneys, and staff. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, directing callers appropriately and assisting with general inquiries.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Manage the conference room schedule, including coordinating reservations and maintaining the calendar.
Work with Office Services to ensure conference rooms are properly prepared for meetings.
Coordinate catering arrangements for client and internal meetings as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support and assist with additional tasks as requested by the firm.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a professional office environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to $40,000, depending on experience.
