You have questions? We have answers.

Whether you’re actively looking for your next role or just exploring what’s out there, you have practical questions about working with a recruier. Scout Partners has answers to help you move forward with confidence.

How does the Scout Partners process work?

We guide you through the full hiring process:

  1. Apply & Share Your Experience
Submit your resume and details. Our team reviews your background and actively looks for opportunities that match your skill set. We’ll reach out when a strong fit arises.
  2. Interview Preparation
We prepare you for every stage of the interview process—from understanding the role and client expectations to practicing questions, refining responses, and advising on professional follow-up.
  3. Offer & Onboarding Support
When an offer is extended, we walk you through next steps, including acceptance, onboarding details, and what to expect on your first day.
  4. Ongoing Support
After you start—whether on assignment or in a permanent role—we stay in touch through regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. Our support doesn’t stop once you’re placed.

For contract or temporary roles, you are employed by Scout Partners for the duration of your assignment while working onsite with our client. A dedicated Scout recruiter stays in regular contact to gather feedback, address questions, and ensure the engagement runs smoothly.

For direct-hire (permanent) positions, we partner with you to identify opportunities that align with your skills, experience, and career goals.

Does Scout Partners offer benefits to its contract employees?

While all recruiting / consulting firms differ, Scout Partners offers its contract employees full health benefits including medical, dental and vision after 60 days of employment. Scout Partners also offers paid time off and holiday pay, depending on the length of the assignment and hiring company.

Some restrictions may apply.

How often should I check in for new opportunities?

Each recruiting and staffing firm varies. At Scout Partners, we recommend checking out our website every week for new available positions or projects.

Take a look at our job opportunities or email us your resume and we will get back to you if we have a position that matches your skill-set.
